Boom lift machine wiring work involves the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in aerial work platforms, including boom lifts and scissor lifts, across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates – Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. This includes tasks such as inspecting and repairing wiring harnesses, replacing electrical components like relays and solenoids, and calibrating control systems to ensure optimal performance. Safety is of utmost importance, requiring strict adherence to lockout/tagout procedures and the use of personal protective equipment during all maintenance and repair activities. We will do the electronics repair work in the way this work is followed,  

• Troubleshooting – Identifying and diagnosing electrical faults using diagnostic tools, fault codes, and visual inspections.
• Repair and Replacement – Replacing damaged or faulty components like wiring harnesses, connectors, sensors, relays, and solenoids.
• Calibration – Ensuring proper functionality of control systems after repairs or replacements, potentially involving the use of a JLG analyzer, GENIE web-GPI software, optimizer, diagnostic tools and specific calibration procedures.
• Safety Procedures – Following strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, disconnecting the battery during component replacement, and using appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Examples of common wiring issues Open circuits, Short circuits, Overload conditions, Sensor issues.
